  • USA Shipping: Orders are delivered in 7 to 11 business days.

  • International Shipping (Europe & Outside USA): Orders are delivered in 7 to 14 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer or local customs checks.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds or exchanges are only applicable if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • To claim a refund or replacement, you must contact us with clear photos/videos of the item and shipping label.

  • Once verified by our team, your refund or replacement will be processed.
