At FurEase, we strive to deliver your pet products safely and as fast as possible. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping locations, estimated delivery timelines, and order tracking procedures.

1. Delivery Timelines

  • United States (USA): Standard shipping for all orders within the USA takes approximately 7 to 11 business days from the dispatch date.

  • International Shipping (Europe & Outside USA): For orders shipped outside the US (including European countries), standard delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days. In rare cases, delivery might take slightly longer due to international transit and local customs handling.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are verified, packed, and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays).

  • Once your package is handed over to the courier service, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

3. Order Tracking

  • You will be provided with a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

  • You can use this tracking link anytime to check the live status and movement of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

4. Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)

  • International orders may occasionally be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees set by the destination country.

  • These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local government regulations.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before completing your purchase.

  • FurEase is not responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout.
